SHIPPING
We offer free 2-3 day shipping via USPS on all orders placed within the continental United States. UPS is used for international orders. VAI is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays due to forces outside of our control. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Overnight shipping within the continental United States is a $30 flat rate. Shipping for international orders is a $30 flat rate + taxes and duties. All orders outside the continental United States are considered international orders.
ORDER PROCESSING & PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. It takes 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail detailing your purchase.
CANCELLATIONS & ADJUSTMENTS
We are able to cancel or adjust an order as long as it has not yet shipped. Please contact hello@vaiswim.com with change requests and we will do our best to accommodate you.
